Registration
deadline is April 3, 2008; thereafter, add USD$50 to registration fee. After
filling out this form, send it by email to steve@nambc.org or by fax to 01+(703) 549-6526. Payment for registration fees must be made
promptly by mail or bank wire transfer. Please fill out a separate form for
each delegate if you are registering more than one.
NOTE:
For NAMBC Members ONLY, second delegate from the same company gets a 25%
discount, third and all other delegates from same company get a 30% discount.
Discount not available to Non-Members.
NOTE:
Registrations with remittances received by March 3 receive an additional 10%
discount.
