He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from the Institute of Finance and Economics (IFE) in Mongolia, where he also won the student banking competition. Sainbat also received the High Diploma in Finance and Accounting from FTMS College of Singapore. He has worked as an assistant accountant for the NewCom Group in Ulaanbaatar and as marketing officer for Summit Computer Technology LLC to complement his theoretical knowledge with practical experience. She is seeking a full-time job in the field of international relations in the US. She has extensive experience in international NGOs as well as in the public sector. During the summer of 2009, she worked in Hawaii for the Maui Second Circuit Court for the County of Maui.
